- Bookings will require your name, email address and phone number.
- An email will be sent to you immediately for online access.
- Payment is not required to book an appointment and will be required at the time of your visit. Debit, Credit cards and Cash accepted.
- Cancellation Policy ~ A missed or cancelled appointment with less than 12 hours notice will be billed the massage fee, less HST. Same day bookings are set and cancellation fees apply.
Once Registered, you may view our Registered Massage Therapists’ schedules and book appointments at your convenience. Please ENJOY!
We accept cash, debit card, Visa, Mastercard and American Express at the time of your visit. Credit cards are not necessary for booking appointments online. Upon arrival, please check in with our Receptionist to confirm your arrival and to process your payment. We will provide receipts that can be submitted for reimbursement to your insurance company. Please note that many insurers will cover massage if it is prescribed by your medical doctor.
We do not bill insurance companies directly. However, we will provide a receipt that you may submit for possible reimbursement. Receipts are available on the date of your massage at the reception desk.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments Policy
Appointment cancellations require 12 hours notice. Cancellations outside of this time frame are subject to the full massage fee. Fees will not be applied to the cancelled or missed appointment if we are able to rebook the time in question. If your appointment is booked for the same day, please be aware that the cancellation policy will be in effect once your appointment time is set.
Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session.
